We want to let you know we will soon be updating our Mobile Banking App.
Using the First State Bank Mobile Banking App? We wanted to let you know that we will updating our app to version 19.1 on July 24, 2019. This update will include added functionalities and improvements and we are excited to provide more convenient tools for the way you bank.
If you access Mobile Banking with a device running iOS 10 or earlier you will need to update your mobile device to iOS 11 or higher as iOS 10 will no longer be supported.
Because Apple doesn't offer iOS 11 or higher on iPhone 5, iPhone 5C, or 4th Generation iPads, customers using one of these devices would need to upgrade their device in order to utilize iOS 11 or higher and Mobile Banking version 19.1 or higher.
You will still be able to access our Mobile Banking app and online banking at fsb.bank, even if you are using a device that doesn't support iOS 11. It simply means you will be unable to use the new services and features of this and future updates to the app.
