Checking

1. Use of non-First State Bank ATMs not included in the Allpoint Surcharge Free Network may result in ATM fees charged by First State Bank and the ATM owner. Fees may be charged for overdrafts and other services.

2. A credit of $2 per check pad/book for your unused checks and $2 for your old ATM or debit card from another financial institution will be paid within two business days of receiving them, up to $25.

3. If a check is submitted or a transaction is made for funds exceeding what is available in the account, the customer is immediately responsible for the amount of any overdraft and applicable fees. It is the obligation of the customer to keep the account in good standing with the Bank and, should an overdraft situation occur, to bring the account to a positive balance immediately without notice or demand from the Bank.

4. The FSB PerkPoints Program is only available on eligible accounts which include Classic Checking, Everyday Checking, and employee Checking. Qualifying transactions must clear your account and post to your account no later than the end of the applicable calendar month to be counted. For example, if a purchase with your card occurs on the last day of the offer month but does not clear your account until the first day of the following calendar month, then that transaction will not be included in the calculation for the month in which you used your card. Rewards in program valued from 100 to 100,000 points. Rewards subject to change without notice and program may be terminated at any time. Points valid for 2 years from the first day of the month in which the Points were issued. Points awarded per checking account.

No Overdraft Solutions will be offered on this account. Those with previous fraud convictions will not be eligible for this account.
