Set Up Telephone Banking

When using Telephone Banking for the first time, you'll need to:

• Call 888-775-2265
• Press 1 for account information
• Enter your account number (checking, savings, certificate, or loan)
• When prompted, identify the account type you entered
• Enter the 6 digit password you selected when you opened your account at the branch (if you are unsure, call Customer Service 24/7 at 866-372-1275)
• Follow the instructions to obtain your information
